My stay at The Retreat Palm Dubai Mgallery By Sofitel was overall lovely and relaxing. The Club Lounge offered fantastic views and really good service, especially from Yoanna. The dining options catered skillfully to various diets, but I found the all-inclusive offerings a bit confusing at times. While I appreciated the clean facilities and attentive staff, I did notice some inconsistency in service that could use improvement.
