clean room comfortable beds
The room was clean. It offered a very nice view. The comfortable beds allowed for restful sleep. The swimming pool was quite big.

poor service sterilization issues
The pool staff seemed uninterested in providing service. I was not asked if I wanted a drink while sitting by the pool. Tables lacked a call button for service. This is a simple fix. I watched one staff member clean a used glass with his bare hand and then serve it to me. This shows sterilization issues. The plastic glassware at the pool needs replacement because it looks dirty.

the staff was very friendly. they always greeted guests with a smile. saksham was nice and brought humor. deepak made great mojito mocktails. amgad and caroline checked on guests. ghizlane arranged our breakfast to go. the food is nutritious. it's good for a reset.

Totally Amazing Stay!
friendly concierge essential oils beach access friendly staff
The concierge Zia assisted with my departure. He ensured I was taken care of! Alaa Rabie El Shared was friendly and I sampled teas. He also let me try essential oils. I like that pool and beach were available. Chris was very friendly!
The coffee maker was hard to access and the coffee choice was limited.

The gym features several machines. There were three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The pool area features a good number of loungers. There were twenty loungers with a shaded section.

amazing staff beautiful view personal chef
the staff provided a beautiful view from the balcony. they surprised my fiancé with roses in the room for our engagement. the staff managed the buffet very well. the chef was personal and went the extra mile to help us have what we needed.
i found the pool area had limited sun loungers.
